  2. Payment by credit card (VISA/MASTER CARD) will be process through http://ipa.dyandraconvex.com/ and also accepted on-site. Upon registration counter, please present the confirmation of your registration.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. Early Bird scheme applies to those who have registered and settled payment by 30 March 2018.
    Normal rate will be applied for the registration payment after 30 March 2018.
    Convention online registration normal rate payment deadline is 18 April 2018.
  2. Registration Forms received without payment will not be processed and not consider as registered participant.
  3. No refund will be granted if cancelled after 30 March 2018.
    Cancellation before 30 March 2018, refund will be made after the event (deducted with administration fee).
    All cancellations must be made in writing to the Secretariat before 30 March 2018.
  4. Should billing address different with participant`s company information, please provide correct billing address information along with the registration form.
  5. Re-registration and convention kits collection at the venue, Jakarta Convention Center is scheduled, as follows :
    • Tuesday, 1 May 2018, 08.00 AM – 16.00 PM
    • Wednesday, 2 May 2018, 08.00 AM – 16.00 PM
    • Thursday, 3 May 2018, 06.30 AM – 16.00 PM
    • Friday, 4 May 2018, 07.00 AM – 16.00 PM
    • Saturday, 5 May 2018, 07.00 AM – 12.00 PM
  6. Registered participants must wear ID badges all the times for sessions and function access.
